In large cafeterias, hospitals, canteens, and care facilities, flight type dishwashers like the MTF are often used. The washing times in these situations are well-defined, the dishes are uniform, and the dishwashing load constant. Only two people are needed to operate the system - one to load, the other to unload. Most of the dishes and glasses are sorted freely onto the conveyor belt, while small items and cutlery are carried in racks.
