Important - please note!
GS 302: If connected only to a cold water supply, the programme length will exceed the specified values.

For hard water, we definitely recommend a water treatment unit - it saves wear and tear on the dishwasher and you save on detergent. For dishwashing, one softener is usually sufficient.
