    Four machine sizes, S, M, L, and XL are available - depending on your available space, capacity and wash items.

    • UC-XL (H: 855 mm, B: 600 mm, T: 637 mm) High Energy Version: 940 mm
      Particularly suited for washing baking trays and trays.

    Software

    Depending on the intended use, you can choose between four special types of software when buying an under counter machine.

    Integrated detergent / rinse aid container

    Integrated detergent and rinse aid containers save space and are easy to access.

    • Easy to refill
    • Colour coded - white for detergent and blue for rinse aid
    • No additional space required for containers

    Touchscreen

    The touchscreen is the operating, communication and control platform for kitchen staff, chefs, managers and service technicians.

    • Intuitive, language-neutral operation: Program selection is made by simply tapping the relevant on-screen icon
    • Visual and acoustic signals inform the user about washing progress and the status of the machine
    • Easy to understand error signals allow self-diagnosis and correction
    • PIN protected levels for kitchen managers and service technicians

    VarioPower

    VarioPower – variable water pressure adjustment

    • Water pressure can be adjusted according to the item being washed or degree of soiling: gentler pressure for fragile items and more agressive pressure for robust items with heavy soiling
    • All other wash elements (temperature, dosing, wash cycle) automatically adjust
    • Perfect wash results for whatever you are washing

    Wash water filtration

    An efficient quadruple filtration system ensures the continual use of clean water.

    • Level 1: Strainer collects large waste particles
    • Level 2: Filter cylinder collects small waste particles
    • Level 3: Mediamat for very fine particles like coffee grounds
    • Level 4: Pump inlet filter ensures any other particles are removed

    Wash field

    Two elliptical wash fields ensure an optimal wash performance and complete surface coverage.

    • Upper and lower elliptical wash fields to deliver optimal wash results
    • Specially designed jets provide maximum surface coverage
    • Every part of every wash item can be reached by the wash and rinse jets
    • Integrated wash jets means that nozzles are no longer lost

    A clouding sensor supports the base filtration system in keeping the wash water pure.

    • The sensor continually monitors the sediment levels of the tank water
    • The tank water automatically regenerates when sediment levels are too high

Options

    Energy

    The Energy option uses the patented exhaust heat recovery system to exctract the energy contained in the waste steam to heat the incoming cold water.

    • Saves valuable energy and reduces operating costs
    • Very little steam escapes when the door is opened
    • Significantly improved room climate

    effect

    effect is a low-temperature wash system which reduces operating costs. The special detergents and rinse aids, allow washing at lower temperatures.

    Cool

    The Cool option uses a cold water rinse to deliver glasses that are ready to use.

    • Beer head stability
    • Hot tank water ensures hygiene

    • Optional increase of the rinse temperature to 65 °C with the press of a button

    Integrated softener

    An integrated softener saves space and provides softened water for improved wash results.

    • Continual supply of softened water
    • Automatic regeneration during the wash cycle

    CONNECTED WASH

    CONNECTED WASH is the intelligent networking of UC warewashers. The machines send data to a server via LAN or WLAN, where these are analysed, evaluated and converted into recommended actions. All information can be accessed via an App from anywhere in the world, around the clock.

UC Series under counter warewashers.

The UC Series of under counter warewashers are available as glass, dish, bistro or cutlery washers in sizes S, M, L and XL.

Three standard wash programmes are available that automatically adjust according to the degree of soiling and the type of item being washed. You can rely on a warewasher which is optimally adjusted to your individual needs. Perfect cleaning results are guaranteed.

You can tailor the machine even further with additional equipment options. The UC Series - an economical solution for brilliant cleaning results.
